Gospel Outreach
Carrying the hope of Jesus to people and communities
Gospel outreach is at the heart of Bridges of Grace.
We believe Jesus Christ has called His people to go into the world with good news — not only to speak about His love, but to carry that love with humility, compassion, and faithfulness.
This calling is rooted in Mark 16:15:
“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”
For Bridges of Grace, Gospel outreach is not only a program. It is part of our obedience to Jesus. It is how we reach people with the message of salvation, the hope of grace, and the love of God.
We want to meet people where they are — in homes, neighborhoods, streets, gatherings, schools, churches, and everyday places of life — with the good news that Jesus saves, restores, forgives, and gives hope.
Why outreach matters
Many people are carrying burdens no one can see.
Some are lonely.
Some are discouraged.
Some are searching for hope.
Some have heard about God, but have never been discipled in His Word.
Some are waiting for someone to come close enough to listen, pray, and care.
Bridges of Grace exists to reach people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the kindness of Christian love.
We believe every person matters to God. Every child, young person, woman, family, and community carries dignity because they are created in His image.
Through Gospel outreach, we want people to know they are not forgotten. They are seen by God. They are loved by Him. They can receive forgiveness, new life, and purpose through Jesus Christ.
What Gospel outreach looks like
Our outreach work includes evangelism, preaching, prayer, community visits, missionary work, Bible teaching, home gatherings, and public ministry gatherings.
We share the Gospel through both words and action. We preach Christ clearly, but we also listen, encourage, pray, visit, and care for the real needs people are facing.
Our outreach may include:
Community evangelism.
Home visits and prayer.
Open-air Gospel gatherings.
Bible teaching and encouragement.
Discipleship follow-up.
Children and family outreach.
Youth and young adult encouragement.
Women’s support and pastoral care.
Community service and practical compassion.
Missionary work in Uganda and Minnesota.
Wherever God opens a door, we want to enter with humility, truth, love, and grace.
Kampala for Christ Gospel Outreach
In Kampala, we are preparing to host a monthly city-wide Gospel outreach called:
Kampala for Christ Gospel Outreach
This outreach will take place once a month on a Saturday and will focus on sharing the Gospel, praying with people, encouraging families, reaching young people, and serving communities with the love of Jesus Christ.
Our desire is to see Kampala touched by the message of Christ — one person, one family, and one community at a time.
Through Kampala for Christ Gospel Outreach, we will gather volunteers, prayer partners, ministry leaders, and friends of Bridges of Grace to go into the city with compassion and courage.
We are praying that many people will hear the Gospel, receive prayer, connect to discipleship, and find a church family where they can continue growing in Christ.
Outreach in Uganda
In Uganda, Bridges of Grace serves through evangelism, discipleship, church ministry, children and family support, community care, and missionary work.
This work is closely connected to Bridges of Grace Church in Central Uganda, which is currently meeting as a house church. Through the church, we are teaching the Word of God, praying with people, caring for families, walking with children and young people, and preparing for the official church launch in January 2027.
Our prayer is that Gospel outreach in Uganda will bring hope to children, strengthen families, raise disciples, and help communities experience the love of Jesus Christ.
Outreach in Minnesota
In Minnesota, Bridges of Grace continues to grow in missionary work, prayer, discipleship, Bible teaching, and community engagement.
We believe the mission field is not only far away. It is also around us.
There are people in our neighborhoods, workplaces, schools, families, and communities who need to hear the Gospel and experience the love of Christ through faithful believers.
Our desire is to serve well in Minnesota while also supporting the work God has entrusted to us in Uganda.
More than an event
We believe outreach should never end when a gathering is over.
When people hear the Gospel, they need follow-up. They need discipleship. They need prayer, teaching, encouragement, and Christian community. They need people who will walk with them patiently as they grow in faith.
That is why Bridges of Grace connects outreach with Bible teaching, church ministry, pastoral care, and community support.
We do not only want people to hear the Gospel for a moment. We want them to grow in Christ for a lifetime.
The message we carry
Our message is Jesus Christ.
He is the Son of God.
He died for our sins.
He rose again.
He saves.
He restores.
He gives hope.
He is Lord.
We preach this message with love, humility, and urgency because we believe the Gospel is the power of God for salvation.
How you can support Gospel outreach
You can support Gospel outreach by praying, giving, volunteering, and helping us reach more people with the message and love of Jesus Christ.
Your support helps provide Bibles, discipleship materials, outreach transportation, community gatherings, ministry supplies, teaching resources, and practical care for people reached through outreach.
You can also stand with Kampala for Christ Gospel Outreach by praying for the city, volunteering on outreach days, helping with transportation, supporting outreach materials, or giving toward monthly outreach needs.
Every prayer matters.
Every gift helps.
Every willing servant strengthens the mission.
Our prayer
Our prayer is that through Gospel outreach, many people will hear about Jesus, receive His grace, grow in His Word, and become faithful disciples.
We want to be a ministry that reaches the forgotten, encourages the broken, strengthens families, disciples believers, and serves communities with the love of God.
The Gospel is the message we carry.
Grace is the bridge we build.
Jesus Christ is the hope we proclaim.
